Esta ley fue aprobada a finales del a\u00f1o 2017, por lo que todav\u00eda existen edificios sin un aparato elevador.<\/div>

\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo hacer si mi bloque no hay ascensor?<\/b><\/div>
Es aconsejable realizar una votaci\u00f3n entre los propietarios y obtener una mayor\u00eda de votos favorables. Si se alcanza la mayor\u00eda de los votos favorables ser\u00e1 obligatorio instalar uno, m\u00e1s a\u00fan si estos votos representan tambi\u00e9n la mayor\u00eda de las cuotas de participaci\u00f3n.<\/div>

\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre si no hay una mayor\u00eda de votos favorable a instalar un ascensor?<\/b><\/div>
La ley tambi\u00e9n contempla algunas situaciones por las que no es necesario realizar ning\u00fan tipo de votaci\u00f3n para instalar un ascensor. La ley dice que siempre que haya una persona con discapacidad<\/strong> o mayor de 70<\/strong> a\u00f1os residente, trabajador o que lleve a cabo servicios de voluntariado en el edificio, ser\u00e1 obligatorio disponer de un aparato elevador que facilite el acceso a la vivienda y no ser\u00e1 necesario celebrar votaci\u00f3n alguna entre los vecinos.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
